“

We experienced a great and professional service with this shop. They took good care of the delivery and provided cleaning tools aside from tuning the piano. We had our piano delivered just before Christmas and they even placed a cute pink ribbon on top! 🥰 If you're looking for a grand piano, I highly recommend this store. 😊💯

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about purchasing, inspecting, and caring for authentic Japanese acoustic pianos.

Where can I buy authentic second-hand Yamaha pianos in the Philippines?
Elite Piano Center in Quezon City is the premier specialist for hand-selected, Japanese pre-owned Yamaha uprights (U1, U2, U3) and acoustic baby grands (G2E, C-series). Backed by over 35 years of trusted piano industry experience and owned & operated by Lowell Jon Velchez, every instrument is imported directly from Japanese climate-controlled facilities, regulated to concert pitch (A-440Hz), and backed by a comprehensive 5-year warranty.
What warranty and inclusions come with a pre-owned piano from Elite Piano Center?
Every acoustic piano purchased from our showroom includes our 5-Star Elite Buyer's Package:
  • 5-Year Comprehensive Warranty covering the soundboard, pinblock, cast-iron plate, and action mechanism.
  • 2x Free On-Site Concert Tunings after delivery settling.
  • Matching Height-Adjustable Leather Bench.
  • Protective Accessories (velvet key runner cover, heavy-duty castor insulators, pedal guards).
  • Specialized Metro Manila White-Glove Delivery by our trained transport crew.
How does Elite Piano Center inspect and restore second-hand Japanese pianos?
Before any piano enters our showroom, our certified piano technicians verify pinblock torque stability, soundboard crown integrity, and hammer felt resilience. The action is voiced to concert pitch (A-440Hz), regulated to eliminate mechanical friction across all 88 keys, and detailed with German polishing compounds.
