1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Elite Piano Center, operated by LJV Pianos Trading, Inc.. By accessing our website (elitepianocenter.com), purchasing acoustic or digital instruments, requesting technical services, or visiting our Quezon City showroom, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Acoustic Piano Purchases & Inclusions

Every certified acoustic grand and upright piano purchased from Elite Piano Center includes our standard luxury package:

• 5-Year Comprehensive Warranty: Covering internal mechanical action, soundboard integrity, pinblock torque, and cast-iron frame stability.
• 2x Complimentary In-Home Tunings: Conducted post-delivery once the instrument has acclimated to your home's acoustic environment and relative humidity.
• Accessories: Matching adjustable bench, piano top cover, keyboard felt key cover, castor cups, and heater rod (dehumidifier) where applicable.

3. Nationwide White-Glove Delivery

Our specialized piano moving crew handles deliveries across Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Standard delivery includes ground floor placement. Multi-story crane hoisting, narrow stair carries, or provincial maritime freight arrangements must be disclosed and confirmed prior to dispatch.

4. PianoDisc Prodigy Smart Playback Installation

PianoDisc Prodigy system retrofits are performed by factory-certified technicians. The hardware warranty for PianoDisc systems is honored according to manufacturer guidelines, separate from the acoustic cabinet warranty.

5. Tuning, Regulation & Restoration Services

Restoration, regulation, hammer voicing, and tuning services performed by our master technical team carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Service appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival may be subject to rescheduling fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand marks, logos, genuine showroom photography, and editorial content on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of LJV Pianos Trading, Inc. and Elite Piano Center. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila.
